Section 1
Abbreviation, Extension and Commencement

(1) The name of this Act shall be “Facilities and Immunities of Foreign States and Diplomatic Representatives Act, 2027”.

(2) This Act shall be applicable throughout Nepal.< /p>

(3) This Act shall commence immediately.
