Rule 1
ABBREVIATION, EXTENSION AND COMMENCEMENT
(1) These rules may be called the “Military Entertainment Grants (Granting) Rules, 2021”.
(2) These rules apply to subedars, jamdars and other ranks (combatants) of the Nepalese army and N. c. (Non-Commutant) will be applicable.
(3) These rules shall come into force forthwith
