Section 1

Abbreviation, Extension and Commencement

: (1) This Act may be called “The National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act, 2029”.
(2) This Act shall be applicable throughout Nepal 19.
(3) This Act shall come into force from the date specified by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
