: After the brief environmental study report or preliminary environmental test report has been approved, some physical infrastructure, design, capacity enhancement or format should be modified or the structure should be transferred or modified. If there is, or if the capacity of the project decreases, or if there is a need to further reduce the number of trees cut, the relevant body can give approval to modify such environmental study report. However, this arrangement will not be applicable in the case of a proposal that requires a preliminary environmental test or an environmental impact assessment if a brief environmental study is conducted and an environmental impact assessment is required if a preliminary environmental test is conducted.
