(1) No person under the jurisdiction of this Act shall commit any of the following acts:-
(a) to open, operate, become a member of, assist or participate in any program organized by such association, organization or association,
(b) to take part in any meeting, speech or demonstration organized by any person or group for political or other similar purposes,
(c) to print any leaflets, pamphlets or other documents of the same kind.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in clause (a) of sub-section (1), any person within the jurisdiction of this Act shall, with the approval of the Government of Nepal, assist any religious, social, cultural and recreational association, institution or organization subject to this Act or such association , will not be considered as an obstacle to participate in the program organized by the organization or organization.
