(1) If the association is not able to carry out its work according to the statute or if the association is dissolved due to any other reason, the entire property of the association will be transferred to the Government of Nepal.
(2) In case of dissolution according to sub-rule (1), the Government of Nepal shall bear the liability up to the extent of the association's assets in the case of association's liability.
