Section 18
Joint Registration
If two or more persons apply to the authorized officer in accordance with section 15 to register a vehicle jointly, the authorized officer shall, after conducting the necessary investigation, register such vehicle jointly in the names of those persons and give them the registration certificate as written in section 16. should
