Rule 56
Transfer to Custodian
(1) If a guardian is appointed by the court for a child in need of alternative care, the child welfare officer shall hand over the child to the guardian appointed by the court. (2) When a child is handed over according to sub-rule (1), one copy of the documents and details related to the child according to rule 55 shall be given to the custodian designated according to the same sub-rule.
