(1) For the protection and management of conservation areas, the council may coordinate with local village development committees and community-based associations and organizations to divide the conservation area into various conservation areas as needed.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the geographical nature of the conservation area, extension, residential area and natural boundaries shall be considered as the basis for dividing the conservation area.
(3) The council may establish conservation area offices as required in the conservation areas divided as per sub-rule (1).
