Section 69
Protected capital return fund
: (1) A cooperative society shall have a protected capital return fund.
(2) At least twenty-five percent of the amount remaining in the reserve fund as per clause (a) of sub-section (2) of that section shall be deposited in the fund as per sub-section (1) annually.
(3) The amount as per sub-section (1) shall be provided to the concerned member on the basis of the specified annual turnover of the member.
