(1) After the expiry of the period of the license according to sub-section (1) of section 13, the organization that has received the license shall hand over the water service, sanitation service, project and service system and related structures that it operates to the following bodies free of charge:-
(a) In the case of the project as per sub-section (2) of section 2, the Government of Nepal or the body designated by the Government of Nepal,
(b) In the case of projects under sub-section (4) of section D, the provincial government or the body designated by the provincial government,
(c) In the case of projects under sub-section (5) of section DD, the relevant local level.
(2) According to sub-section (1), other arrangements related to the transfer of structures shall be as prescribed.
(3) According to sub-section (1) of the projects and structures transferred by the organization that obtained the permit, the details as specified in clauses (a), (b) and (c) shall be submitted to the Ministry within three months from the date of transfer to that body.
