(1) After the motion to consider the bill is accepted, seventy-two hours will be given to submit the amendment. (2) In the case of the bill that the National Assembly does not agree with the amendment made by the House of Representatives, the amendment can be submitted while being limited to the amendment made by the House of Representatives. But in the case of the bill rejected by the House of Representatives This bye-law shall not be deemed to prevent the introduction of new amendments.
