(1) Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in these regulations, - (a) "Agenda" means the agenda of a joint meeting. (c) "Proposal" means any proposal presented for the consideration of a joint meeting and the term also refers to an amendment proposal. and the term also refers to a member who presents a motion for consideration of a bill passed by a house. (e) "Minister" means the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister, Minister of State or Assistant Minister of the Government of Nepal. (f) " "General Secretary" means the Secretary General of the Federal Parliament appointed in accordance with clause (1) of Article 106 of the Constitution and the term also refers to the Secretary of the House of Representatives or the Secretary of the National Assembly or the Secretary of the Federal Parliament Secretariat appointed by the Speaker to act as Secretary General in the absence of the Secretary General. (g) "House" , "Assembly" or "Meeting" means a joint house, assembly or meeting of the Federal Parliament. (h) "Member" means a member of the Federal Parliament. - (1) Notice regarding proceedings of joint meeting (2) Notice regarding summary of proceedings of joint meeting (3) Notice related to joint committee (4) Notice of other details deemed necessary by the Speaker (j) "Joint meeting" means joint meeting of both Houses. (k) "Joint Committee" means the joint committee of both Houses formed in accordance with Article 97 of the Constitution and this regulation. (l) "Constitution" means the Constitution of Nepal. (2) House of Representatives Rules, 2075 and National Assembly Rules , the definition mentioned in 2075 will be applied as necessary for the purposes of this regulation.
