Section 24
Parliamentary Party Formation

(1) A party representing at least two seats in the federal parliament or state assembly election can form a federal parliamentary or state parliamentary party.
(2) Every person who is elected from the party as per sub-section (1) and represents in the federal parliament or state assembly shall automatically be a member of the respective parliamentary party.
(3) For the purpose of sub-section (1), the party concerned shall provide the following details to such secretariat in the format prescribed by the Secretariat of the Federal Parliament or the Secretariat of the State Assembly:-
(a) Name of the concerned party and details of the central office,
(b) One copy of the relevant party's constitution and one copy of the rules, if any,
(c) A copy of the separate constitution of the parliamentary party of the party concerned, if any (d) Name and number of elected representatives.
