(1) If the council makes a recommendation for the appointment of an officer, the secretary shall send such recommendation in writing to the "Federal Parliament Secretariat" for parliamentary hearing.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1), the person sent in writing from the "Federal Parliament Secretariat" shall be sent in writing to the office of the President to be submitted to the President for appointment in accordance with the decision of the Council.
