A person who wants to register an organization should submit an application to the registrar in the format as per Schedule-3 by disclosing the following details:-

(a) Name and address of the organization,
(b) Purposes of the Institution,
(c) the necessary qualifications of members of the organization and provisions regarding membership fees,
(d) Provisions regarding expulsion and resignation of members of the organization,
(e) Provisions regarding the general meeting of the organization,
(f) The procedure for the formation and election of the executive committee of the organization,
(g) Procedures regarding the meeting of the executive committee of the organization,
(h) Funding and income-expenditure and audit arrangements of the organization,
(j) The amount to be spent for the administrative and managerial work of the organization,
(j) Arrangements related to the collection and distribution of royalties of the organization,
(k) Provisions relating to complaints of institutions,
(l) Procedure for amending the constitution of the organization,
(D) Other necessary things.
