(1) If an application for organization registration is received according to rule 7, the registrar, after conducting the necessary investigation in this regard, if it appears that such an organization can be registered, within ninety days of receiving the application, the applicant will be required to pay a fee of five thousand rupees for registration of the organization in the format as per schedule-4. Certificate should be given.
(2) If it is found that such an organization cannot be registered in the name of the applicant after the investigation according to sub-rule (1), the registrar shall inform the applicant within seven days of the reason thereof.
