Section 4
The organization will be an autonomous organization
(1) The organization shall be a self-governing and organized organization with unbroken succession.
(2) The institution shall have a separate seal for its business operations.
(3) The organization can acquire, enjoy, sell or otherwise dispose of movable and immovable property like individuals.
(4) An organization can file a complaint in its own name as well as a person and can also file a complaint against the organization in the same name.
