The functions, duties and rights of the organization shall be as follows:-
(a) To provide membership of the organization to the creators of the respective genres,
(B) To determine and publish the amount of royalty to be received by the author or the owner of the related genre,
(c) Formulate and enforce royalty collection criteria,
(d) To collect and distribute the royalties received by the author or the owner of the related genre,
(e) To inform the registrar of the work done by the organization.
