Section 6
No one else can use the name, logo and rights of the organization
According to this Act, after the establishment of the organization, no person shall be allowed to use a name or mark similar to the name of the organization or to give any kind of certificate provided by the organization to anyone or to give any kind of instructions to anyone on behalf of the organization.
