(1) The authorized capital of the institute will be fifty million rupees. That amount will be divided into fifty lakh shares of Rs. The paid-up capital of the institute will be issued and raised by the committee with the prior approval of the Government of Nepal. (2) The institute may increase or decrease its authorized capital by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
