(1) The Institute shall have its own separate fund. All funds received by the institute, including loans and grants, will be deposited in the same fund and the funds to be spent on behalf of the institute will also be borne from the same fund.
(2) All funds of the fund shall be deposited in the bank designated by the Government of Nepal.
(3) The committee shall have the right to spend the amount deemed reasonable for the purpose of authorized activities in accordance with this Act and the rules made under this Act.
