(1) There shall be established a corporation called the National Insurance Corporation. (2) This corporation shall be an incorporated body with inalienable succession and it shall be able to sue in its own name and be sued in the same name. (3) This Act and this Act Subject to the rules made under, this institute can acquire, enjoy and sell movable and immovable property. (4) This institute will have a separate seal for all its work.
