(1) In accordance with sub-section (3) of section 16 of the Act, the Land Land Office, which has been owned by the Government of Nepal without auctioning, shall distribute the sale in increments from the 1st of Chaitra to the 15th of every year.
(2) The provisions of Rule 7 shall be applicable when the sale is distributed in accordance with sub-rule (1).
(3) According to sub-rule (1), if no one accepts or if the increase is invalid, the Government of Nepal can sell and distribute such land at the prevailing price without increasing it to any organization or person.
