(1) Various faculties will be established as prescribed for the higher education to be conducted in the university.
(2) When establishing a college in accordance with sub-section (1), the program conducted under the college and the number of students will also be the basis.
(3) Other functions, duties and rights of the faculty shall be as prescribed.
