Section 7
Form of Organization
(1) The organization of the Nepali Army will be inclusive and national in nature.
(2) The Government of Nepal shall make the necessary policies, plans and programs to implement the provisions of sub-section (1).
(3) The organizational structure of the Nepali Army and the number of personnel will be as approved by the Government of Nepal. But the position of Maharathi will be the only one and the same Maharathi will be appointed as the chief commander.
(4) In the organization of the Nepali Army, the Commander-in-Chief and the posts mentioned in Schedule-1 will remain.
