Section 93
<br> who can file a complaint on behalf of the organization
When filing a complaint or a reply on behalf of an organized organization, for the purpose of filing a complaint or a reply, the director, board of directors or management committee or a natural person authorized by the decision of the committee of such status, authorized in accordance with the relevant laws, statutes or rules of such organization, shall mention the same in the complaint or reply. Or can give a reply letter.
(2) When filing a complaint or a counter-reply in accordance with sub-section (1), a copy of the decision of such director, board of directors or management committee or a committee of such status shall be attached to the complaint or counter-reply.
(3) In case of filing a complaint or reply on behalf of Nepal Government or Provincial Government or local level office, constitutional body or court, the complaint or counter reply can be filed by the official acting as the administrative head of such office, body or court.
