Unable to form association
: Notwithstanding anything written in Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10, more than one district thematic cooperative association of the same nature in one district or district cooperative association, more than one province thematic cooperative of the same nature in one province An association or a provincial cooperative association, more than one central thematic cooperative association of the same nature at the central level and more than one national cooperative federation at the national level cannot be formed.
