Rule 16
Membership of the Association
: According to the sub-section (8) of section 33 of the Act, the following procedure should be completed while taking the membership of the association:-
(a) In the case of subject co-operative societies mentioned in sub-rule (1) of rule 11, there shall not be duplication in subject societies of the same level,
(b) Completion of the basis and procedure mentioned in the regulations of the concerned association.
