(1) The Labor Office shall have the right to punish the person who violates this Act and the rules made under this Act in accordance with Section 19.
(2) If the labor office imposes a prison sentence while punishing in accordance with sub-section (1), it shall be reported to the labor court and it shall be done according to the decision issued by that court.
