The court shall determine the punishment by considering the following things
(a) The punishment shall not be more than proportionate to the seriousness of the offense and the degree of culpability of the offender,
(b) Punishment shall not be more severe than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the punishment,
(c) that another offender for an offense committed under similar circumstances should not be punished inconsistently or disproportionally with the punishment previously imposed,
(d) when punishing for more than one offence, or punishing an offender who is serving a sentence for an offence, for another offence, the total punishment shall not be more than just and proportionate,
(e) Do not impose imprisonment if other punishments are found to be sufficient in proportion to the offence.
