If the military court is convicted of the offense mentioned in paragraph-7, the military court may impose the punishment as written in sub-section (2) of section 101 for that offense or any lesser punishment from the punishments written in sub-section (1) of the same section according to the amount of the offence. br> (2) In accordance with clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 101, in case the military court has given a sentence of dismissal with disqualification for future government service or removal without disqualification for future government service, clauses (e), (f), ( (g), (h), (j) or (t) any one or more additional punishments can be given.
(3) Before ordering any punishment as per clause (a), (b) or (c) of sub-section (1) of section 101, the punishment as per clause (d) of the same section shall be given to an authorized person.
