(1) The manager may impose any of the following punishments on working journalists who do not behave according to their position:-
(a) General Punishment:
(1) Giving advice,
(2) Withholding not more than two annual salary increases, or
(b) Special Punishment: Removal from service.
(2) If the work of a working journalist is not satisfactory or if he does undisciplined work, the manager can impose simple punishment.
(3) In any of the following cases, the manager may give special punishment to the working journalist:-
(a) In case of violation of equal treatment,
(b) In case of equivalent indiscipline,
(c) If the equivalent does not fulfill the responsibilities of his post,
(d) Absence from work for more than 60 days without sanctioning leave or informing the manager.
