: The offense under section 52 shall be punished as follows:-
(a) In case of offense under clauses (a) and (n), a fine of ten lakh rupees or imprisonment up to two years or both,
(b) Clauses (b), (d), (e), (f), (g), (j), (j), (j), (t), (l), (d) and (t) ) fine from twenty five thousand to fifty thousand if he commits the following offence, (c) For committing an offense under clause (c), to a fine which may extend to fifty thousand rupees or to imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or to both,
(d) In case of committing an offense under clause (d), a fine of ten thousand rupees shall be imposed on the person who broadcasts the advertisement.
