<br> Depositing Funds
In accordance with the contribution-based social security act, 2074, the employer shall deposit the amount for the savings fund of the workers he employs in the savings fund, the approved retirement fund or open a separate account by himself until the social security fund is fully operational.
(2) The amount collected by the employer according to sub-rule (1) shall be transferred to the social security fund established in accordance with section 26 of the same act within six months from the date of registration of the employer in accordance with section 20 of the contribution-based social security act, 2074.
