Section 107
Register book of director and company secretary
: (1) Every company should keep a separate register book for director and company secretary.
(2) Every company shall record the name, surname, address, citizenship, profession, profession, director or secretary of its director or secretary in the register book kept according to sub-section (1) and the date of appointment and resignation of the director or secretary, and the date of his resignation. If there is any change, the notification should also be sent to the office within fifteen days.
