Section 10
Disqualified as a director
: None of the following persons can be or continue to be a director :-
(a) This clause shall not apply in relation to any salaried officer of the Authority, but the Executive Director appointed by the Government of Nepal.
(b) In case of failure to pay the debt, he falls into the custody of the creditor,
(c) possessed or lacking in mental balance,
(d) having been found guilty by a court of law in criminal charges of moral turpitude,
(e) Being directly or indirectly a shareholder in any contract lease with the authority.
