Section 12
Non-Continuance of Members
No person shall continue to be a member of the committee or academic committee under the following circumstances:-
(a) In case of any disqualification mentioned in clause 11,
(b) on resignation from membership,
(c) If the Government of Nepal removes him for three consecutive absences from the meeting of the Committee or the Academic Committee without the permission of the Committee or the Academic Committee without reasonable cause,
(d) If the Government of Nepal nominates others instead of any member in accordance with the restrictive phrase of sub-section (4) of section 7 and sub-section (3) of section 9.
