Section 7
Disqualification for membership
:- No person below shall be eligible to be nominated or elected as a member of the Council--
(a) Non-Nepali citizens,
(b) name removed from the register,
(c) Unable to pay the debt of the moneylender, falling into debt,
(d) having been convicted by a court of law on a criminal charge involving moral turpitude, and
(e) Brain damage.
