(1) If the person making the application according to sub-section (1) of section 19 is found eligible to be a member of the organization, the council shall register the name of such person in the membership of the organization and issue a certificate of membership registration in the prescribed format.
(2) The organization shall keep a separate membership registration book as specified according to the category of membership.
(3) Other arrangements related to membership registration of the organization shall be as prescribed.
