Section 31
To apply for membership
: (1) The concerned person who wants to become a member of the organization must submit an application to the committee of the organization.
(2) Within thirty-five days from the date of submission of the application as per sub-section (1), the committee shall decide whether or not to grant membership subject to this Act and the rules and regulations made under this Act.
(3) If the committee decides not to grant membership while deciding according to sub-section (2), it shall inform the applicant within seven days of opening the reason.
(4) Within thirty days from the date of receiving the information according to sub-section (3), the concerned person may file a complaint against such organization to the authority authorized by the Registrar.
(5) If it appears that the petitioner should be granted membership while investigating the complaint received under sub-section (4), the officer authorized by the Registrar may order the concerned organization to grant membership to such petitioner.
(6) If there is an order according to sub-section (5), within seven days of receiving the order, the concerned organization shall provide membership to the petitioner and inform the authorized officer from the registrar.
