Section 8
Termination of membership
The membership of the Council shall be deemed terminated in the following cases:-
(a) In case of disqualification under section 7,
(b) If the member resigns before the President of the Council and the President before the Government of Nepal,
(c) Absent from three consecutive meetings of the Council without giving notice to the Council,
(d) in case of death, and
(e) If the member nominated by the Government of Nepal is removed by the Government of Nepal before the term of office is completed.
