Membership of the Council shall be deemed to have terminated in the following cases:-

(1) In case of ineligibility to remain a member as per section 7,

(2) Resignation from the position of a member. If accepted,

(3) in case of death, or

(4) in case of absence from more than three consecutive meetings of the Council without giving notice to the Council with reasons.
