Section 34
TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
: (1) The membership of a member shall cease in the following cases :-
(a)  If a member renounces his membership,
(b) Absent up to three consecutive annual general meetings without notice,
(c) If the member repeatedly violates the provisions of this Act, the rules or regulations made under this Act,
(d) If the members of the organization do not have the qualification as per section 30.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), if any amount received or payable by a member from the co-operative society, unless the same is disbursed, or if the loan taken by him, any obligation to be paid or a mortgage or surety is placed on behalf of any other member, his liability shall be disbursed. His membership will not be terminated unless.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in this section, after the decision to call the general meeting has been made, no one can be removed from membership until the general meeting is held.
(4) Other provisions related to termination of membership of members shall be as prescribed.
