(1) According to clause (j) of section 3, the appointment of nominated members shall be by the Prime Minister and their term of office shall be two years. They may be re-appointed.

(2) If they resign before the Prime Minister, if they die, if the level of performance is not satisfactory and if they are removed as specified by the Prime Minister, or if the term of office is completed, the nominated member will be released from office.

(3) ) If a member is vacated according to sub-section (2), another person will be appointed in his place only for the remainder of his term.
