Duties and Powers: In addition to the work, duties and powers mentioned in Section 18 of the Act, the other work, duties and powers of the Member-Secretary shall be as follows:-
(a) "Effective implementation of approved policies, plans, programs and budgets (B) To inspect and monitor the activities of sports associations and organizations affiliated with the Council (c) (Completing the work on time according to the contract of the approved project for the construction of sports infrastructure,
). (d) To coordinate and cooperate with the provincial and local level sports bodies for the development and expansion of sports,
(e) To make necessary arrangements to provide scholarships for higher studies related to sports to develop the abilities of players.
