Of the treaties to which Nepal or the Government of Nepal is a party, authentic copies of the treaties approved by the Government of Nepal shall be published in the Nepal Gazette. According to the decision of the Legislature-Parliament, the treaties to which Nepal or the Government of Nepal is a party must be compulsorily published in the Nepal Gazette within sixty days from the date of ratification, accession, approval or support.
