(1) If the public body calls for tenders so that construction work can be done by sub-contractors, the following should be mentioned in the tender documents:-
(a) that he may sub-contract work,
(b) Details of the work to be done by sub-contractors up to a maximum of twenty-five percent and the nature of the work,
(c). Basis of qualification of sub-contractor as required.
(2) If the basis of qualification has been mentioned according to sub-rule (1), the bidder shall submit documents confirming the basis of qualification of the sub-contractor before entering into the purchase agreement.
