(1) The meeting of the assembly shall be held at least once a year.

(2) The meeting of the assembly shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman.

( 3) The member secretary shall give notice of the agenda of the meeting to all members at least seven days before the meeting.

(4) If at least fifty percent of the existing members of the meeting are present, the quorum for the meeting is reached. It will be considered.

(5) The meeting of the assembly will be presided over by the chairman and in his absence by the vice-chairman. In the absence of both the chairman and the vice-chairman, the members of the assembly will preside over the assembly meeting.

(6) The decision of the assembly meeting will be certified by the member secretary.
