Section 20
Method of presenting a bill in the assembly
(1) The executive may present a bill in the assembly regarding the jurisdiction of rural villages and municipalities. Explanation: For the purpose of this section, "Bill" means a draft of an Act introduced in the Assembly.
(2) In matters related to the management of the assembly, unless otherwise provided in the provincial law, the procedure as per this paragraph shall be followed.
